The Early Years (1990s)

Before the Watchers made their claim to fame, they were like any other band trying to make it in the music business. This record was released under a different name, but almost all the songs were written by Enoch Watcher. “Slave to My Dick” was the tune that broke the Watchers into the mainstream, and “The Kids Don’t Care” also received radio airplay outside of the United States. Alan Blaver’s heavy hitting drums and Mike Donohue’s guitar playing helped define the sound of the band. Deo Azurin added substance with his vocals, but overall, one can hear Enoch Watcher at the beginning stages of his career before he was launched into the limelight and the band changed the name of the group from “The Watchers” to “Enoch & the Watchers.” This album was originally released in 1996.
